Homeopathy is a practice based on concocting infinitesimal doses of medicines. In some cases, these are so dilute that not a single molecule of the medicine remains. There is no legitimate science supporting this approach.
Home remedies are somewhat different, and some can be very helpful. However you should not confuse "home remedies," with "alternative medicine," much of which has little scientific basis. The web site Webmd.com discusses some common home remedies for flu symptoms and arthritis pain that seem to be legitimate.

Your question has some contradiction in it. Homeopathy is becoming a big industry that is selling basically water and sugar for huge prices with almost no traces of active ingredients in their products. So i guess it is not what you were asking about.
You probably would like to know about the medicinal herbs and other natural cures. They should also be treated with great care, precaution and dose of skepticism. I prefer to think that originally everything comes form some natural product: a fruit, spice or vegetable. So it will always be better to consume it directly that buy some tincture, extract or drops of one. Here is a website that lists ten natural food cures: http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/recipes/healthy-eat ing/superfoods/10-food-cures/

To really get an understanding of Homoeopathic one must go to genuine sites. Some people who have a smattering of knowledge write as though they are experts. The worst place to get information about Homoeopathy is Wikipedia. Someone working for drug companies has contributed a biased article about Homoeopathy and Wikipedia is refusing to let others challenge and provide proof that it is incorrect. Wikipedia has ceased to be a source of unbiased information and as such should not be used for reference.
The following are some good sites to learn the truth about Homoeopathy:
