Follow the skin care regimen twice daily. The following are the steps of a good skin regimen:

Wash with a mild cleanser.
Tone with an alcohol-free toner.
Moisturize with a noncomedogenic moisturizer.
Apply acne medication if necessary.
Apply sunscreen after the morning routine.
Exfoliate once a week.

First do a skin test or identify your skin type(dry or oily or normal). Accordinglyfollow a CTM routine i.e; Cleansing,Toning and Moisturizing.

According to news reports and my personal experience, one of the best skin care product lines is Regenerist by Oil of Olay.

Morning routine:

Wash face with plain water
Apply Regenerist Face Serum
Apply Regenerist night Cream
Apply make-up

Bedtime Routine:

Wash face with plain water
Remove any make-up
Apply Regenerist Face Serum
Apply Regenerist eye cream and moisturizer

All the external stuff will only give the temporary solutions. But if you want the better and permanant solution then you need to take internal skin care. Which can be possible by having veggies and fresh fruits.
1. Early morning have lemon juice with honey.
2. Drink lot of water
3. Drink lot of juices like Beetroot, carrto, Cucumber, Apple, organge, strawberry or whatever fruit you get. ( Avoid having coffee or tea ).
4. Eat lot of veggies.


Just apply a fruit pack once in a week...

One must follow certain point for maintaining a young and glowy skin:
One must drink 8-10 litres of water everyday. Eat all the fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables.
One must sleep for atleast 8 hours in a day and maintain the proper timing. One must avoid too oily food / junk food / spicy food.
One must wash the face with a face wash or plain water. One must avoid usuage of Soap directly on the face.
We must follow the routine for a soft and sample skin i.e. Cleansing, Toning and Moisturising.
One must scrub the skin after every 7-10 days.
One must use a good Sun-Cream before stepping out of the house.
At night one must use a night cream after properly removing all the make-up and dirt from the skin.

The first step to having beautiful skin knows your skin type.
Notes on skin health

1 - Drink lots of water. At least one glass of 10-6. The water is detoxifying
2 - Use of sunscreens to your skin does not suffer from premature aging.
3 - Have a proper diet. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Soya is very useful for the skin.
4 - Do not use alcohol and cigarettes.
5 - Exercise. Your skin needs to breathe.
6 - To minimize the stress and worry.
7 - Get enough sleep. 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day.
8 - A great moisturizer for your skin.

I would say that the best skin routine,is to drink a lot of water ( as much as you can,water is neve bad).Eat as health as you can also ,in order to you body to get enough natural vitamines.
And in the morning stating cleaning it morturising aand also applying sun cream every day ,even if you will stay indoor.

In the evening you should clean it again and apply a night cream,day cream and night cream should always be different as the need of you skin ,will varies from day to evening.

Finally you have to exfoliate your skin at least once a week,and please neve sleep with make-up as it is so bad for you skin .

And don't forget drink a lot of water.
