Aromatherapy oils are used a lot in medical fields to help relieve depression and pain, and they are mood enhancements.
They are also used to relief stress and for relaxation.
I put coconut oil on my wrists at night when I cannot sleep. I put my nose near my wrist so I can keep smelling it. It really does help me sleep.
