Nature gives us precious gifts in the form of fruits and vegetables which are useful, if we eat them they also give us freshness and if we use some fruits and vegetables like tomato, melons, water melon, cucumber, lemon, banana and other some fruits and vegetables if we use daily on our face are hands so no other remedies are better than these.

You can prepare for skin care by getting 8-9 hours of sleep, making sure to exercise daily and get plenty of fresh air to oxygenate your skin, eating lots of fruits and vegetables, limiting fat, sugar and salt in your diet and making sure you drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. In addition it is important not to smoke and to avoid alcohol and caffeine. Just following these basic health guidelines will make a dramatic difference in the appearance of your skin if you aren't already doing so.

After the above, a milky cleanser for the skin followed by a non-alcohol toner (unless you have oily skin) and sunscreen and moisturizer will help maintain all skin types.

This is one of my sister's method.
You just grind banana, papaya and yogurt together and apply it on your clean face.
Keep it that way for about half an hour and then wash your face.
You will get a really glowing skin on your face.
