Hi,

Aromatherapy sea salt scrubs are fun, easy, and inexpensive to make! To start, you will need the following:

- Fine-grained sea salt (white or brown sugar works very well, too)
- A carrier oil - try olive oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil.
- Essential oils. There are many choices here; read up on essential oils like rose geranium that are gentle and beneficial to skin at www.aromaweb.com and other sites from a google search.
- A container, preferably with a large mouth, as this makes it easier to dip your hand in when using the salts. It will also need to have a water-tight lid, to keep the salts from getting water in them (when used in the shower, for example.)

Once you have all the ingredients, mix the salt and oil together until you have a consistency that is thick and not too oily. Next, add your essential oils and mix. And, that's it!
