How do you mix Natrium Bicarbonate (NaHCO3) with a liquid synthetic scent (not essential oil) in order to get a long lasting, moisture absorbing, odor fighting, nice smelling, non allergenic powder?

How do you mix Natrium Bicarbonate (NaHCO3) with a liquid synthetic scent (not essential oil) in order to get a long lasting, moisture absorbing, odor fighting, nice smelling, non allergenic powder?

I have heard that the synthetic scent can be mixed with ethanol and then sprayed on the Natrium Bicarbonate (NaHCO3), mixed and then dried in an oven.
